The legend of Rey Asesino episode 4.

Fantasma: "As I said it's a long story but in a nutshell, I'm an ex-gymnast. I dropped out of it after realizing that's not what I wanted to do to pursue what I wanted from the beginning, which is wrestling." 

Rey: "So that's why you move like a snake hahaha I mean hey. I don't blame you what's the point of living if you ain't doing what you want" 

They go back into their training. While El Santo is standing there. Realizing that there's somewhat of potential in both of them he pitches them to the promoter of the revival so he could give them a chance Luckily there's a tag tournament going on. And one of the tag teams known as the mutilators doesn't have an opponent. 

In the next session, El Santo tells Fantasma about the good news but Rey is nowhere to be around he asks if he saw him but no. He didn't come because his membership ended so el Santo went to the gym where Rey works and told him it was on the house plus if they win he can pay him back with so much joy in him Rey rushed into el Santo's performance center after his duty ends. 

El Santo asked them to wait by the door. He pulls up in his car and tells them to hop in.  

What about the others Fantasma asked. El Santo replied" they'll be doing the usual warm-up "

They drive to a farm far from the city with this huge barn. El Santo:" I might look strong but I'm old can you open the door"  

El Santo:'' gentlemen this is where all the legends you know about are born. That very ring is where I started my wrestling journey and so did my father and grandfather. I'm not here to waste any time neither yours nor mine. So let's start working.`` 

El Santo asked Rey to run the ropes as fast as he can and then perform a dive outside of the ring on a stack of hay it will help with his explosiveness. and you Fantasma you see that wooden door right there it only has a handle on one side I want you to punch your way through it" then he left.

 

Rey and Fantasma looked at each other with confusion. This man has lost it but you can't say no to him he's our one-way ticket to the revival. Hours pass by and Fantasma's hands are bleeding and Rey is more of a haystack than a man with all the diving that he has done.

He came back at night time. El Santo:'' I got you some food to restore your energy but you have to pass the next test to get it." He lays thumbtacks on the floor el Santo:'' you have to walk over it to get the food "

Rey tries to hop his way but he gets plenty of them stuck on his feet. Fantasma tries to jump the distance but ends up coming down on his back in thumbtacks. 

El Santo:" see Rey if you were sharper you wouldn't be in this situation and you Fantasma you always want to dodge pain at all costs until it builds up and gets you. Our preparations have just started. Here you go eat and be ready in 30 minutes we'll go back to training." 

Rey:'' but it's already midnight" 

el Santo: "So? Why would you rest when you can be living your dreams ' he leaves them in the barn

Rey:" I hope he's still mentally stable after all the chair shots he took to the head" 

Fantasma:" for some reason, I believe in what he's saying but I can't keep punching that dore I only made a few cracks" 

Rey:" you don't need to fully thrust your way into it you just need to punch where the lock is and it will unlock" 

A few more hours pass by and el Santo comes back. Gentlemen, it's time to have our first match to prepare you for your tag match. I've brought one of my old students. He didn't go into the wrestling businesses but he's good enough"

Both teams go to their respective corners. Rey decides to go first against the student and he stood in front of him and puffed his chest out like he never lost a war. We got our first elbow and collar tie up and Rey is quickly humbled by the student as he gets dropped by a single-leg takedown. 

Rey slowly came back to his feet with a conscious look on his face and he goes for the tie-up again and gets sent to the ropes a leapfrog and a hip toss get him on the floor again he starts to get frustrated so he goes in full brawler mode on the student but fails to land any punches on him and the student fights back with a cross and knocks him back a few steps.

Rey heads back into his corner and tags Fantasma in as soon as Fantasma got in the ring he went running to the ropes to try and land an aerial offense on the student but he gets caught mid-air with a kick to the kidney. 

El Santo in the back: "nice. Neither of you knows how to punch nor block now. That wasn't what I was expecting when I paired you up." Desperate to prove his worth Fantasma went into defensive mode he counters an elbow from the student and creates an opening for inflicting damage on his back Rey call out:" neck breaker" which Fantasma does and finally the student fell after what felt like an eternity for both of them 

Fantasma heads into the apron to perform another aerial attack but he faked it and manages to get the student off-guard again Rey calls out once again:" SENTON" 

Fantasma does it and successfully connects and tags Rey in

The student is harmed and his movement is getting slower which makes the fight more equal between him and Rey. Rey launches a combination of jabs to force the student back off into a corner then he starts to land his powerful strikes, uppercuts, and kicks.

 

The student is barely holding his weight in the corner. Fantasma tells Rey to drop him with a running shining wizard so Rey goes to the rope and boom he's down 1 2 3

el Santo:'' Very good you're calling what others can't think of but be aware that you have to fight two wrestles not one so to make things equal" el Santo introduces 3 more of his students into the ring and they stand in the other student corner. 

Rey and Fantasma are in the corner trying to figure out a strategy on how they could defeat the other four. 

Rey:" I'll be the punching back bait him into our corner then beat him up together" 

Rey and the first student start the match but he was the one who got stuck in the students' corner. 

Each one gets tagged and chops his chest a few times and tags the other guy in. They're even having a laugh. 

Fantasma:" please dodge for the sake of-" 

El Santo:" give him time you'll get your turn too"

After getting chopped so hard his chest turned purple, Rey crawled back to his corner to tag Fantasma in and recover. He gets in and manages to avoid being clotheslined and dropkicks the student down and out of the ring he goes in for a suicide dive but gets interrupted by a kick to the head.

 He lies there on the floor while his opponent is getting back to the ring. He knew what was going to happen to him after getting stuck in the corner between the four of them but his quick thinking and reflex helped him escape the torture he notice none was holding his hands between tags so that could be his opening 

He takes a 4th chop like a champion then waits for the tag and punches 2 of the students on the apron. the legal student in the ring tries to punch him but he dodged his way out of the corner and taunts 

him:" come on you one trick pony come get me" the student runs toward him only to get tackled by a kick to the leg and find himself hanging on the middle rope with his powerful kick Rey goes in and kicks him so hard you would think that he ended that students life 1 2 3 they actually survived. 

El Santo:'' Alright that's enough wrestling for you too. Fantasma I see a lot of potential in you and I was amazed at how you weren't afraid to take the punishment to learn their movements. Rey hit the ropes``

Rey went to work out on his jumping and movement for the rest of the night.  

El Santo came back in the morning:" hey Rey I got a surprise for you get up wash your face and meet me in the ring " 

Rey heads into the ring with a question ready to be asked as soon as he saw him 

el Santo:'' I know I know, aren't they beautiful? I got them custom-made just for you. What do you think? Hahahaha brass knuckles with spikes. We'll don't worry they look more lethal than they are I'll be your partner for this session be aware tho one punch can knock you out but I'm only stopping when I see that el Fantasma breaks that door so don't die" 

Before Rey could ask any questions el Santo is already swinging and scratching a bit of Rey's face which caused him to bleed a little bit

 el Santo:" that was your warm up" 

And he got back on the offensive Rey could barely avoid his punches leaning out of the way. crouching and completely running away 

He knew his only way to stop this madman is to knock him out cold and all he needed was one good opening to el Santo's face so he kept dodging for a few more punches then there it is this is his window he raises his knee twists his body and kicks. but el Santo dodges and strikes him with a punch to the gut tey falls down completely paralyzed by the pain he uses whatever he has left of energy to bring his hands in front of his face as el Santo climbs on top of his and charges a punch 

el Santo:" did you really think I was gonna murder you? What am I crazy about? Your dodges are getting better but keep in mind you need to be on the defensive even when attacking." 

He helps Rey to stand up and lays him on the bench to rest and turns and turns to Fantasma

El Santo:" your turn now "

Fantasma:" I'm busy breaking the door I'm almost done with it" he replied with a nervous stuttering voice 

El Santo:" you sure?" 

Fantasma:" yes I can see a crack too busy boss" 

El Santo:" okay then if you don't break it by midnight you'll be fighting all the new students in the city" 

Fantasma: "sure boss no problem" 

As soon as Santo leaves

 Fantasma:" ReyY HE'S TRYING TO KILL ME PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE I'LL LET YOU PICK OUR TEAM NAME I'LL GIVE YOU MY FOOD JUST HELP ME WITH THIS DOOR MAN IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO BREAK AND MY KNUCKLES ARE NUMB" 

Rey:" leaves the bench and goes to check the door looks at it like he's looking for something with one kick he opens it up

Fantasma:" no way you just did that"

Rey:" I told you last time right on the lock kick it and it will be unlocked " 

Fantasma: "but- ugh nevermind thank you so much" 

El Santo:" here's your lunch and dinner next fight it will be you versus each other...you shouldn't have helped him Rey I really wanted to see him fight 10 people at once"
