sal: "enough with the talk let the guy pick a car. coopa I found something you might
like"
cooper: "really you think this is funny"
sal:" a coopa driving a coopa ha ha ha c'mon don't underestimate it"
cooper took the car for a quick test drive and found himself comfortable driving it
"you were right I'm taking it"
sal:" see coopa not only I'm funny but I'm also smart hahaha let's go coopa you'll find
it in front of your flat later" they hopped back into sal's car and went for something to
eat "so coopa tell me what got you here in dream city"
sal asked with a mouth full of food
cooper: "basically I had to escape my old life it was filled with unfortunate events that
made me hate where I was living and I needed a new start so one day I just woke up
packed everything and drove off but never found myself comfortable anywhere until I
got here.. what about you man"
sal: "eeeh you could say I moved here for pretty much the same reason you see I'm
from an Italian family-"
cooper: "I noticed"
sal:" hey you better not do sarcasm it makes me angry.. as I was saying I grew up in
Brooklyn in a big, poor Italian family I was one of the bad kids who started as a bully
then became a burglar but it wasn't enough for me
because I needed the money to help the family so I did some jobs here and there and it
got me a promotion and got into a mob that runs a car business. As you already know
I'm a really good driver so I worked with another guy he breaks in and I drive us off. I
gotta admit it I got addicted to the adrenalin rush the danger of will I get caught this
time kept working with them for two years until I was tasked to rob this antique car it
was an Aston Martin DB5 that me and my partner both knew we gonna get caught but
we tried anyway we managed to break in and steal it but there were way too many
cameras around the area that we didn't get notice of and that what ended up being our
downfall two big dudes came to my house and left a phone number for me. I called and
it was Ethan that's how I met him he said I'm pretty good at doing my job and he gave
me an opportunity to work with him if I manage to steal the car back he said he money
won't be a problem anymore so I did what I had to do stole the cars before it gets
disassembled ran away to our meeting location he was driving that car that I have
right now he said it's not easy to walk my way out of here so we exchange cars and the
rest is history"
cooper:``Wow, that's one hell of a story. ever considered writing a book about your
life"
sal: "I did but I decided to spice it up a bit more before doing it hahaha"
they finished their food and headed out back to the streets
sal" it's almost sunset you know where we're heading right?"
cooper nodded as sal took a right turn that go them into the boulevard
They started cruising as the places started to fill up sal turned the music volume
down:'' hey coopa you seem a bit lost on how this city works so imma give you some
unspoken rules to survive here. rule number one don't get attached to anyone
anything or even yourself everything is temporary here so just go with the flow. rule
